Provider Fees

ChildWare is funded through a combination of foundation grants and provider fees. Providers are charged an annual fee to help cover the costs of ongoing technical assistance and training, software hosting and upgrades, and data backup and storage. We use a tiered fee system to ensure that sites of all sizes can access this resource. The annual fee for each agency is based on their total enrollment. For new users there is also a one-time start-up fee to defray the costs of data migration, setup, implementation planning, and initial training.  The start-up fee is based on total enrollment as well as the number of sites within the agency. ChildWare PLUS users pay a slightly higher fee to cover the additional training, technical assistance and data storage costs associated with providing ChildWare PLUS.
