Heather Greenfield, MS, Data Systems and Reports Analyst:
Heather holds professional degrees in computer science and educational instruction from Drexel University, but found a professional passion working with data. In nearly a decade at PHMC, Heather worked on many exciting projects in the Family and Early Education group that honed her reputation for Microsoft Excel wizardry. In her current role as business analyst for ChildWare, Heather writes requirements for enhancements, deep-dives into the system to troubleshoot issues, and creates ad hoc reports and analyses. A large part of that work supports accurate and complete collection of data for the PHLpreK program. She also maintains custom Excel-based caseload management tools and occasionally codes macros for other programs, and acts as a data/Excel consultant on spreadsheet design best practices and reporting within the department.
Thelma Clanton, MA, Client Support Specialist:
Thelma is the current ChildWare “Client Support Specialist” and the newest member of the ChildWare Team, joining PHMC in 2020. Thelma has an ECE background with over 15 years of experience working directly in the field of Early Childhood Education. Thelma attended Edison High school with a major in Early Childhood Education. Shortly after graduating high school Mrs. Clanton went on to Community College of Philadelphia where she received her Associates Degree in ECE; transferred to Easter University and completed her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood education along with her Directors Credentials and PQAS training Certification to become a Professional Development instructor. With so many dreams and inspirations, Thelma was then called to Seminary school, in 2013 she was accepted into Palmer Theological Seminary where she continues on her education journey and successfully obtained her Master’s degree In Theological Studies (with high honors) in 2016. Being such a lifelong learner Ms. Clanton has many layers that fit well and can support the team in different ways. She is very excited to be part of the ChildWare team and to support providers with their database and technical needs.
