Report Overview

CHILD AND FAMILY REPORTS

• Child Health Assessment Status – Displays a list of children and grouped by the status of their most recent health assessment (missing, overdue, due to expire, up to date).
• Allergy Report – Displays a list of children with allergies or food restrictions, grouped by classroom. Report also identifies each child’s specific food restrictions and/or allergies and as well as any reactions or treatments associated with each type of allergy.
• Special Needs Report – Displays a list of children with special needs, grouped by classroom. Report also identifies any special accomodations to be made for children with special needs.
• Parent/Guardian Directory – Displays contact information for each child’s primary guardians, grouped by classroom.

FINANCIAL REPORTS

• Transactions Report – Displays a list of all charges and payments, and a running balance for each child at the center based on a user-specified date range. This report also calculates the total charges and payments for the entire center.
• Invoices – Invoices display a listing of all children in a family from youngest to oldest and their shared billing contact. Transaction details include any charges and payments that occur in the user-specified date range, as well as individual balances for each child and an overall family balance.
• Balances Report – Displays a list of all children grouped by their balance status (outstanding balance, zero balance, credit balance) as of a user-specified date.  Current balances are broken down into individual and family balances. This report also includes the amount of any deposit collected.
• Deposit Summary – Displays a list of all children, the amount of the required deposit (what should be collected), the amount of the deposit on file (what was actually collected), and any balance on the deposit account.

STAFF REPORTS

• NEW! DPW Compliance Report  – Displays a full page report for each active staff member. Information listed includes an education summary, a list of clearances, dates and results of most recent medical exams, and dates of required trainings.
• Staff Basic Training Expirations – Displays a list of active staff grouped by the status of their basic trainings (missing, overdue, due to expire, up to date).
• Staff Training – Displays a detailed list of all trainings received by each staff member during a user-specified date range.  This report calculates total hours as well as Act 48 and PQAS hours.
• Staff Health Assessment Status – Displays a list of active staff grouped by the status of their most recent health assessment.  This report also shows dates of PPD tests and chest X-rays.
• Staff Qualifications – Displays a list of active staff and their degrees, ECE credits, and years of experience.

STARS Reports

• Child Observation – Displays a list of children in three groupings: those with no observations recorded, those with only one observation recorded, and those with two or more recorded.
• ERS – Displays a summary of your center's ERS scores by date.
• Career Lattice (Detail) – Displays a list of active staff members grouped by their position and career lattice level.
• Career Lattice (Summary) – Displays the total and percentage of staff members at each career lattice level.
• New Staff Orientation – Displays a list of staff members and their status as it relates to the completion of the new staff orientation.
• Classroom Observations – Displays a list of staff members grouped by the number of completed classroom observations.
• Staff Performance Evaluations – Displays a list of staff members grouped by the number of completed performance evaluations.
• Professional Development Status Plan – Displays a list of staff members grouped by their professional development plan status.
• Professional Growth and Development Activity – Displays a list of staff members grouped by the number of professional development activities completed. Also provides detail of the PD event.
• Staff Specialty Training – Displays a list of staff members grouped by the number of speciality training hours completed in various areas.
• Staff Training (Detail) – Displays a detailed list of trainings completed by each staff member.
• Staff Training Hours – Displays a list of staff members grouped by the number of completed training hours.

MANAGEMENT REPORTS

• Classroom Vacancies – Displays a list of classrooms, their capacity, and current over- or under-enrollment.
• Care Level Mismatch – Displays a list of children whose assigned care level no longer corresponds to their age
• Parent Teacher Conference - Displays a list of children grouped by the number of parent teacher conferences held during the period.
